Resort-related businesses within the Anaheim Resort District fund enhanced landscaping and area beautification improvements through a self-imposed fee. The city’s 2.2 mile resort area welcomes millions of visitors each year, and encompasses the Disneyland Resort, the Anaheim Convention Center, major hotels, entertainment, and shopping and dining establishments.

The team that manages the maintenance of the Anaheim Resort Maintenance District (ARMD) takes tremendous pride in its work. Their primary mission is to maintain and repair all landscaped areas, streetlight and traffic signal poles, and signage in the Anaheim Resort District. The ARMD maintains approximately 1.5 million square feet of landscaping including 4,457 canopy trees and 2,028 palm trees. Because the ARMD finances the enhanced landscaping and repairs for this bustling area, the Anaheim Resort area always looks attractive for both Anaheim District visitors and residents alike.
